BBQ SHRIMP (quantity is up to you)
Buy, shell, de-vein, rinse, DRY shrimp.
Cook 1 pound partially cooked bacon, drain on paper towels
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around shrimp, cut excess bacon
Skewer shrimp to secure bacon.
Pour Open Pit BBQ sauce + 1 T molasses over the whole skewer. 
* tip: do not use thick sliced bacon

JOHN'S BBQ PORK LOIN (to die for, my dear)
BUY the loin.....ask butcher for the whole piece of meat that he cuts butterfly
pork chops from...this will be enough to serve 4 people or 2 chowhounds.
BOIL the loin in a pot you usually boil spaghetti in - lots of water. Boil for at least 1 hour...
MIX sauce. John uses 1 bottle Open Pit original and 1 bottle Masterpiece original + 4 T molasses.
         If you are brave, add Tabasco.

Put sauce in a large bowl. You will dip the ribs into the sauce, instead of brushing it on
PUT loin on the fire...dip and cook for about 15 minutes.....then...take loin off
of the fire, cut the loin in ½ '' slices...but do NOT cut all the way through,
leave them connected about 1''.....then dip the fanned loin in the sauce,
and return it to the fire, cook and dip at least twice more.

RUBY'S MELLOW YELLOW
BUY Minute Maids Citrus Punch in the frozen concentrate form
DUMP into blender. No water.
ADD ½ to 1 container of RUMmmm (depending on your mood when pouring - LOL)
FILL blender to the top with cracked ice cubes
BLEND for 1 minute.
POUR. * This gives new meaning to the word slurpie.

KONG STUFFERS  (for the dogs)
# 1- wheat bread, banana, dog biscuit, peanut butter schmear
# 2 - apple pieces, snausages, carrots, ½ peanut butter sandwich
# 3 - celery pieces, banana, chicken, oyster crackers, slice of bread
# 4 - puperoni sticks, mini dog biscuits, schmear of cream cheese
# 5 - carrots, breadstick, pineapple chunks, slice cheese
